Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the contents of your shopping cart and the country where you live.  When you decide to checkout you will be presented with shipping costs based on the shipping methods we offer to your country.  You can select your preferred option.

Partial Shipments
If your order includes items which are not in stock, the missing items will be back ordered for you.  If you decide not to proceed with these please inform us immediately.

In this situation, we will ship the items which are in stock straight away.  If higher shipping costs are incurred as a result of making 2 or more shipments for your order, these additional costs will be borne by Direct Chandlery.

Pricing
All prices are in Euro.

While Direct Chandlery endeavours to ensure that all prices are correct on its website, errors may occur and prices do change over time.  We reserve the right therefore to change prices on our website without notice.

If due to an error the price at which an order is placed is materially wrong, Direct Chandlery will contact you immediately and advise you of the error.  You will of course be given the opportunity to cancel your order if you are not happy with the revised price.

Returns/Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.

Availability Information
For items which are not in stock, Direct Chandlery provides an estimate of when the product will be available.  Direct Chandlery provides this information as a guideline only and, while every effort is made to ensure accuracy, it should be born in mind that it is only an estimate.

Minimum Order Value
Direct Chandlery does not impose any minimum order value.

General
Direct Chandlery reserves the right to decline orders.

Privacy & Security
Direct Chandlery does not store your Credit Card details.  All credit card transactions are managed by Realex Payments.  You can review their security policy here.

Direct Chandlery does store your other details such as name, address etc.  This information will not be shared with any other party.

All orders are encrypted using 2048bit strength encryption.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep your details secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
